Type and genetics
Big Bud is a genetic that originated in the United States and that, as it happened with many of the hybrids of the time, later stabilized in the 80's in Holland. To create Big Bud Auto, Sensi Seeds added Skunk#1 and Northern Light, to this genetics, to obtain an autoflowering version with a big production and a psychoactivity typically indica .
Big Bud Auto grows vigorously and develops medium-sized plants that usually reach a final height of between 90cm and 130cm. It should be noted that this variety can grow a little more if grown outdoors in pots of more than 11 liters and under appropriate conditions.
It is a genetic with a clearly identifiable morphology since the plants develop a large central cola and large buds that are grouped around the central branch. A variety that, due to its auto genetics, will appreciate aerated substrates as this will accelerate the metabolic processes of the plant.
Aroma and taste
Due to its Afghan heritage, Big Bud Auto has a sweet and fruity taste and aroma with hints of musk, hashish and spicy notes.
The effect of Big Bud Auto is physical and mental, with feelings of euphoria at first, which give way to a relaxing physical effect later.
As its name indicates, the size of the flowers produced by Big Bud Auto, as well as the quantity of its harvests is very large. A genetics that comes to refute the myth that autoflowering genetics are not productive, as it is the fastest way to fill the pantry with quality buds.
Since autoflowering genetics do not depend on the light cycle to start flowering, Big Bud Auto will start producing buds automatically from the 4th or 5th week of life, both in indoor and outdoor crops. Its flowering period is short, about 45 to 50 days .
The growing season is from April to October but in regions with temperatures above 10ºC it can be grown all year round.
