RESINATOR RESIN EXTRACTION KIT

This Pure Factory Resinator resin extraction kit will enable you to perform your own high-quality extractions while easily controlling the water temperature during the extraction process.

INCLUDES:

- 3-bag extraction kit (220, 70 and 38 microns)

- Digital thermometer with probe

- Pyramidal bag

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Place the Resinator on a raised platform and the bucket on the floor. Set the bags in the bucket in order, the finest one should always be at the bottom.

2) Fill the Resinator halfway with cold water. Add small pieces of ice. Run the resinator for 2 minutes to mix the water and ice properly. Measure the water temperature and ensure it's about 4ºC. If the temperature rises, add more ice.

3) Fill the pyramidal bag with the leaves, trimmings or buds from which you want to extract resin (max 500 grams). Put it in the Resinator and close the lid. Set the timer between 3 and 8 minutes.

4) Once the time is up, you can open the Resinator lid. Take out the pyramidal bag and squeeze it to let the excess water drop. Lower the water outlet tube so all drains into the bucket.

5) Place the tube back in the Resinator. Remove the first bag from the bucket and squeeze to let the excess water drop. In this mesh, residues accumulate, not the trichomes. Remove the second mesh and move it a couple of times up and down in and out of the water to remove as much moisture as possible. Repeat this process with the rest of the mesh.

6) The extracted resin must cool down and pass through a metal strainer. Allow to dry for about 48 hours at room temperature (in the shade). Drying is a critical part, if done improperly it could spoil our extract.
