Uses and Measures
This device is a temperature controller for use in spaces with both air input and output. The Fan Controller maintains a constant room temperature and low pressure to prevent the emission of odors.
Features
- This device is user-friendly, allowing the adjustment of temperature and pressure with just two buttons.
- Included is a protective case or sealed lid that is water-resistant, as well as a low power or voltage sensor. It's perfect for humid spaces.
- The attached sensor has a 4-meter cable and is extendable up to 50 meters.
Instructions
- Place the air outlet fan into the input marked as FAN1 and the air intake fan into the input labeled as FAN2. Install the temperature probe, which comes with a 4-meter long cable, where you want to measure the temperature. Be sure not to place the probe near a source of heat or light to avoid inaccurate readings. If the cable is too short, it can be extended up to a maximum of 50 meters. Pay attention when disconnecting the power cable. Incorrect switching on or shorts can damage sensitive parts of the processor.
- Connect the ignition cable to a minimum of 10A or 13A socket.
- The FAN1 extractor should now operate at 20% to achieve low pressure. FAN2 will remain off.
- Adjust the temperature with the upper button. If the temperature exceeds the programmed one by 2°C, the extractor will run at maximum capacity to correct this.
- The second potentiometer will make FAN1 operate between 100% and 50%. FAN2 will operate at 50% of the level programmed for FAN1. If FAN1 is set to operate at 100%, FAN2 will operate at 50% of its capacity; if FAN1 is set at 80%, FAN2 will operate at 40% Once the desired temperature is reached and FAN1 is operating at its minimum capacity, FAN2 will automatically switch off.
