The cannabis aromas (terpene profiles) from Cali Terpenes have countless applications, but within the cannabis and vaping sector, they're generally used to add the aroma and flavor of specific cannabis strains to different products:

• Vaping liquids (e-liquids).

• Cannabis extracts and concentrates (rosin, BHO, traditional hash, THC or CBD distillates for "vape cartridges").

• Hemp flowers or cannabis (buds).

Usage Recommendations for Cali Terpenes:

Cali Terpenes' terpenes are 100% pure, without diluents or additives. They must be handled with caution and should not be consumed undiluted (except for tasting via Cali Terpenes' borosilicate vaporizers).

1ml of terpenes = 40 drops (0.025ml per drop from the 1ml dropper). Roughly 1 drop of terpenes constitutes 0.25% in 10ml base:

1 drop in 10ml = 0.25%

2 drops in 10 ml = 0.50%

4 drops in 10ml = 1%

8 drops in 10ml = 2%

12 drops in 10ml = 3%

*We highly recommend always to start with smaller amounts and gradually increase, because Cali Terpenes' terpenes easily impart intense flavor and aroma owing to their 100% purity.

Liquid bases for vaping (e-liquids):

• The recommended terpene ratio in e-liquid bases ranges from 1 to 3% (up to 4% can be used, with 2% being the most common).

• For example, let's assume you want to add flavor to a 10ml e-liquid base with a 2% terpene content. You'd only need to add 0.2ml of terpenes.

• If you have 100ml of e-liquid base, you should add 2ml of terpenes.

Cannabis Extracts and Concentrates:

• The recommended ratio of Cali Terpenes for sufficient flavor and aroma in dry extractions (traditional hash or hash, dry), BHO (shatter, live resin, wax), rosin, THC or CBD distillates, etc., is between 1 and 3% (up to a 4% maximum can be used, with 2 to 3% being most common).

• For example, let's say you have 10gr of cannabis concentrate, like a distillate (commonly known as clear), and you want to add 3% terpenes. You'd only need to add 0.3ml of our terpenes.

• It's very helpful to start with smaller amounts and gradually increase, for example: 1 drop for 3gr, 1 drop for 2gr, 1 drop for 1gr... Conduct a tasting after a few days to determine the result of the various ratios used. This way, you'll know the ideal ratio before mixing it with all the material.

• It's very important to ensure a thorough mix for a consistent result, and let it rest/macerate for at least 24/48h. This allows the terpenes to fully integrate.

Hemp or Cannabis Flowers:

Terpenes can also be used to flavor buds, of hemp or cannabis. It's recommended not to add more than 4% terpenes, even in some cases the aroma percentage to be applied may be less because the flowers may contain some of their own terpenes. An excess of terpenes would result in an overly intense, and possibly unpleasant, aroma.

The ideal method for applying terpenes to buds, flowers, and dry herbs is Terps Spray.

If you only have small amounts of buds, you can use these liquid terpenes in a cosmetic sprayer or something similar to achieve a similar (but less professional) result to Terps Spray. It's also possible to use scent paper with terpenes in the same container, but they usually integrate better when sprayed, in the case of buds.

The packaging of Cali Terpenes' terpenes is perfect for optimal terpene conservation, with a secure closure, an anti-leak disc, and a screw-on cap.

1. Always replace these elements after using the product to prevent possible evaporation or contamination.
2. Terpenes are volatile, so we always recommend storing them refrigerated (around 7ºC) to prevent evaporation while working with them.
3. The working temperature for the terpenes should never exceed 60ºC to avoid evaporation of the most volatile terpenes.
4. Always keep terpenes in their original packaging, as the material used (non-translucent dark glass) is ideal for the preservation of thermo or photo-sensitive products. This avoids potential color changes, losses, or cross-contamination (terpenes can act as solvents and corrode remnants of materials like some plastics).
