Recommendations for using Cali Terpenes:

The terpenes by Cali Terpenes are 100% pure, devoid of diluents or additives. It's recommended to handle them with caution and they should not be consumed undiluted (except during tastings using pipettes or borosilicate vapes by Cali Terpenes).

1ml of terpenes = 40 drops (0.025ml per drop). One drop of terpenes approximately represents 0.25% in 10ml of base:

1 drop in 10ml = 0.25%

2 drops in 10 ml = 0.50%

4 drops in 10ml = 1%

8 drops in 10ml = 2%

12 drops in 10ml = 3%

*We always recommend to conduct tests in smaller to larger amounts on the same base, as the terpenes by Cali Terpenes easily impart intense flavour and aroma, given their 100% purity level.

Liquid bases for vaping (e-liquids):

• The recommended terpene ratio to provide sufficient flavour to e-liquid bases is between 1 and 3% of terpenes (can go up to 4%, with 2% being the most common)

• For instance, suppose you're trying to flavour 10ml of e-liquid base, intending to add 2% of terpenes. In that case, you'll only need to add 0.2ml of terpenes.

• Using the same ratio, if you had 100ml of e-liquid base, you'd need to add 2ml of terpenes.

Cannabis extractions and concentrates:

• The recommended quantity of Cali Terpenes to ensure adequate flavour and aroma for dry extractions (traditional hash, dry…), as well as BHO (shatter, live resin, wax…), rosin, THC or CBD distillates,... is between 1 and 3% of terpenes (can go up to a maximum of 4% with 2 to 3% being the most common).

• For example, suppose you have 10gr of a cannabis concentrate, like a distillate (commonly known as clear), and you want to add 3% of terpenes. To achieve this, you'll only need to add 0.3ml of our terpenes.

• It's highly beneficial to conduct tests with smaller to larger amounts, for instance: 1 drop for 3gr, 1 drop for 2gr, 1 drop for 1gr… carry out a tasting after a few days to appreciate the results of the different proportions used, this way, you'll know the ideal ratio before mixing it with all the material.

• It's crucial to ensure an even mix for a homogenous result, and to allow a rest/maceration period of at least 24/48h, by doing so, the terpenes will be fully integrated.
